HISTORIC FISHING VILLAGES

Kingsand and Cawsand

With narrow twisting streets, sheltered bay and wide selection of pubs offering real ales and pub grub these two adjacent villages are worth visiting. The Halfway House is recommended for good food.

Polperro

Lovely Cornish fishing village. A visit to the Blue Peter pub is worthwhile to sample the real ales and listen to the music.

Looe

Shark fishing centre of Europe. Heavily commercialised but a good place to take a boat trip along the coast or to rent a boat and go fishing for the day. Trawlers restaurant has excellent food.
